Nabil Nachi

Founder · Tax specialist

A tax specialist by training (D. Fisc.), Nabil was a software analyst at TaxPrep, at the heart of building professional tax software used by firms across the country. A hands-on accountant, he has prepared many sets of financial statements, from compilation engagements to assisting with review engagements.

For several years now he has focused on tax planning, accounting and corporate reorganizations. A lifelong programming enthusiast, he founded Ledger to bring both worlds together: the tool he wanted in his own daily work, designed by someone who does the job.

Francis Therrien

Partner · CPA

A former senior auditor at Deloitte, Francis audited the financial statements of companies across many industries under ASPE. He then led finance transformation and ERP implementation projects (Oracle NetSuite, SAP). He keeps Ledger rigorous: audit trail, controls and standards compliance.

Over 8 years in accounting and assurance. At Deloitte, Malik rose from staff accountant to experienced senior auditor, then worked as a senior accountant in public practice. A full-stack developer for over ten years, Mostefa designs Ledger's architecture: web app, database, automated deployments and security. A DevSecOps specialist, he has built microservices and continuous integration pipelines for Quebec companies. He turns every accountant's request into a working feature, often within days.
